Ilaria Isola
She is a geomorphologist employed as Researcher Technologist at the "Istituto Nazionale di Geofisica e Vulcanologia sez. di Pisa" since 2006. The research interests deal with geomorphology, tectonic geomorphology and climatic changes.She is involved, since 2007 in projects aimed at the reconstruction of sea level oscillation along the Patagonian coast. She is skilful in managements and interpretation of data acquired by remote (satellite images LiDAR and Laser 3data), in develop and geomorphologic and structural analysis of digital elevation model, and develop and management of databases. Since 2003 her activity is also focused on palaeoclimate changing using calcite carbonates from speleothems.
